History: Ame's mother, Yuko, Was (and still is) a Marine Biologist. One day While tagging Some wildlife in the field, she accidently tagged Ame's father: Poseidon in disguise. And for a long time after he made a joke of it. "She tagged my fin and my heart" he'd say. Their love was unique in the way that it was built on fascination. She a woman of Ocean science, and He The Freaking God of the Ocean. When Ame was born her potential as a Demigod was immediately apparent. They noticed that every time their child cried- Rain would fall. Thankfully living in Florida, she drew no attention. This however lead to meaning behind her name: "Ame" = "Rain"
Ame Maintained great relationship with her Deity parent. To this day she still wear the necklace her gave her, which is supposedly a tip from his trident.When Ame was Ten, and her Father was out to sea, a Hurricane hit Her home town. Her mother had no choice but to move since her place of work was destroyed, and to both their dismay were unable to tell the Greek God where they went. However as the years went by Ame built slight resentment toward her father, and wondered if it was him who caused the Hurricane. Still, to this day, she goes to the shores of her new home in Monterey bay waiting for her Dad to find her.
